How 2save file from email to Ms Word 2003 N word 2007, pls help thanks.?

I don't know how to save the file into Ms Word but here is how I would save the content:





Open the file.





Select all the text.





Go to Edit.





Select Copy.





Open the MS Word document.





Go to Edit.





Select Paste.





Go to File.





Select Save.
