How do I get addresses transfered from my list to an email I'm forwarding?

I ck the ones I want to send it to but evidently can't figure what box to push because I've tried pushing send and it does not go back to the message.
How do I get addresses transfered from my list to an email I'm forwarding?
After you click on "Forward", click on "TO" and your address book for email will open. Check the box next to each name you want to send to, go to the top and click on "Insert Checked Contacts."
