He is probably some 12 year old wth too much time on his hands. If he isnt, It would be so funny if he came to Japan and found you instead. Unless he knows your address and your personal info, his threats mean nothing. You cant sue anybody for talking sh*t on internet.

Reply:Actually, a "threat" is not slander and saying that you are a wench, is not slander or being threaten. However, what YOU said, "I really want to hurt him", is a threat!!! So, this person could take YOU to court and file a police report!
Reply:not for slander. slander means he told lies about you. but i think threats over email is a crime similar to harassment or even assualt (if the threat is serious enough). i'm not sure if you can sue him but you can go to the police for sure.

Reply:Don't worry with the court system. It takes too long. Why not just challenge him to a Ninja death match? You can use some of that Kung Fu, JuJitsu stuff on him.

Reply:you could report him to the police for harassment and get a restraining order against him. slander only works if he lied about you and published it to other people

As far as taking him, if you're Japanese, I doubt you could take him unless he was under 7 years old.
