In MS Vista, eMail "exit" ?

In MS Vista environment, when close eMail any difference between ---


use (1) "File" --%26gt; "exit" and use (2) upper right "X" to close?


I noticed that if I just use "X", then when I log off the session, it will take


forever to logoff...it is just hanging...then I had to use the power button to shut off. And next time I logon the system will just "window resuming"....not a clean start. What's wrong? How can I avoid this problem? Thanks for advice and help !! Thanks !!
