MS Outlook鈥檚 JUNK EMAIL filter and my new IMAP email account. How can I make the filter work again?
Well, considering that using IMAP you're only reading your messages from mail server, the spam folder in your Outlook wouldn't work. If you decide to download your messages via POP3 or MAPI then your Junk mail filter would most likely kick in.
