The interviewer told me that he and his team are going to deliberate this week and decide by the end of the week. I replied to his email and thanked him and his team for their team, re-expressed my interest, and restated my qualifications. Is there anything else that I can do? I don't know anyone who knows him or anything like that, so I can't have anyone call for me, but any other ideas would be appreciated. Thanks all.

I think you should just wait. If you seem over zealous it might turn them off and you don't want to seem desperate. Good luck! I'll root for you!
