You would need to send the word .doc as an attachment for it to be in original format
Whenever i copy a ducument from ms word to body of email it comes out jumbled. how do i stop this from happen?
Are you sure the original document was saved as an MS Word document? Some other formats do not always transfer clearly to e-mails
Also make sure your email program is set for MS Word.
