When I try to copy and paste my e mail to MS Word, the word processor program freezes. I could do it before. What is happening? Is this a firewall protection that I have downloaded from Internet causing it? If so, I do not know what and how to get rid of it?

Well maybe you are trying to copy a link from your emails...try copying and pasting the text into Wordpad, then coping that text again, and then putting it in MS word.
Reply:it doesnt have anything to do with a firewall. Try reinstalling ur MS office. It'll probably work.
Reply:If this only happens when copying and pasting from e-mail. Try using Edit%26gt;Paste Special. This removes all formatting from e-mail and may solve the problem.
Your MS Word might need a reinstall, repair or updates if there are other problems.
