I want browser to open Yahoo m ail to send webpages and NOT MS Outlook.

Clicking on mail links on web sites or programs will transfer control to your default email application (Outlook, Outlook Express, Thunderbird, etc). In order to use Yahoo Mail as the default email application you must install Yahoo Messenger. It then allows the Messenger program to be the interface to Yahoo Mail. You must then go to internet options and select it as the default.

Reply:under toolson your I.E. tool bar....select internet options...select the programs tab and you will see an option to set your default email program which by default is MS outlook. simply change it to yahoo mail.
